MINI Cooper D and Cooper SD models use BMW-derived diesel engines that share proven technology with the 1 Series and 2 Series. Our economy remap optimises injection timing and turbo boost curves to deliver better fuel consumption on Clubman, Countryman and Hatch models, ideal for daily commuters who want to reduce running costs on their iconic British-designed hatchback.

BMW-derived diesel engines in the Cooper D and Cooper SD can develop DPF regeneration problems and EGR carbon deposits, particularly in the stop-start urban driving that MINIs are commonly used for. Our professional diagnostics and software solutions are calibrated specifically for the BMW Group diesel emissions platform used across the MINI range.

Newer MINI Cooper D and SD models with B47 diesel engines use AdBlue SCR systems for Euro 6d compliance.
